The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic design across aircraft subsystems, delivering functional systems and ensuring airworthiness.

The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance, experience with electrical design of air vehicle systems, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 years experience or Master's with 0 years
Proven analytical skills and complex problem solving
Experience in electrical design of air vehicle systems
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance and SAP clearance

Responsibilities

Develop electrical wiring designs of functional systems and select conductors/components
Support design requirements for electrical power generation and distribution systems
Perform system/component design including trade studies, layouts, and verification
Coordinate with suppliers for hardware development, qualification and procurement
Plan and support system-level tests, data processing and troubleshooting
Create hydraulic and electrical schematics for functional systems
