Job summary

You will build and execute strategic plans, oversee used equipment, rental fleet, and financing solutions, and lead a team of managers, using data-driven decisions to maximize inventory turns and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Caterpillar dealer experience preferred
• Experience managing business exceeding $500 million in annual revenue preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multiyear strategic plans to grow Prime Product sales
• Lead sales operations including analytics, territory optimization, and CRM effectiveness
• Oversee used equipment inventory management and remarketing strategies
• Direct rental fleet growth, utilization, and fleet planning
• Lead financing and leasing strategy with lenders
• Drive market expansion and contractor acquisition initiatives
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor profitability
