Job summary

Thompson Marine seeks a Director of Prime Product Sales Operations to lead all sales support functions for the Prime Product business and drive profitable revenue growth across the dealer territory.

The role partners with the VP of Earthmoving to align sales execution, fleet management, used equipment strategies, financing solutions, and market development, while building a data-driven organization focused on ROI and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience managing business exceeding 500 million in annual revenue preferred.
• Strong background in capital asset management and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multiyear strategic plans for Prime Product sales growth.
• Partner with the VP of Earthmoving to establish market share revenue margin and customer acquisition targets.
• Lead business planning, sales forecasting, and operational reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all sales support functions.
• Lead sales operations manager in developing: sales analytics and reporting; territory optimization; CRM effectiveness; sales process standardization; forecasting accuracy; KPI development and measurement.
