Job summary

Fairmont Austin, Austin's luxury property, is seeking an In-Room Dining Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will deliver consistent, professional service, manage guest requests, and ensure the accuracy of room-service orders.

Qualifications include strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and prior service experience is an asset. This role offers benefits and growth opportunities within a renowned hospitality brand.

• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Previous POS system experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Record in-house guest requests and arrival lists for the day.
• Record any mini-bar items used to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Ensure in-room service ware items are clean and as per standards.
• Restock all mini-bar items in fridge prior to guests' arrival and during their stay.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
