Fairmont Austin is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to lead a team of Heartists in delivering exceptional guest service. You will oversee service standards, coordinate with the In Room Dining Manager, and ensure smooth operations at the guest room level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Room Service experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage, including wines and liquors.
• Strong PC skills and experience with POS systems (Micros is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Maintain professional presentation at all times.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
• Supervise In Room Dining colleagues and assign side work.
• Maintain stock controls and assist with orders.
• Uphold safety and security measures for staff.
• Support events and special amenities coordination.
