Job summary

Fairmont Austin is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service in our luxury dining environments. You will engage guests, explain menu items, and assist with beverage lists and promotions to ensure a memorable dining experience.

As a team member, you will follow outlet standards, uphold safety and sanitation, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Prior service experience is preferred, and POS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Previous service experience an asset.
• POS system experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned
