Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support Project Schedulers by managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health in Excel, and creating milestone-tracking reports. The role includes technical training for Primavera P6 and a defined career path in planning and scheduling.

You will collaborate on-site with project teams, analyze data, and produce reports using Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI, while ensuring schedule data quality and consistent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required in a related field.
• Strong data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers on CPM concepts for complex sequencing.
• Support on-site schedules updates and reporting.
• Analyze data and produce reports with Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
• Calculate project metrics such as total float and schedule performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast outcomes.
• Ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions and coding standards.
