Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excel Proficiency
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore CPM concepts and construction sequencing.
• On site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce internal and contractually required reporting.
• Data Analysis and Advanced Reporting utilizing Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other industry specific tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to help project teams predict future outcomes.
• Quality Control: Ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions, activity coding, and organizational breakdown.
