Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in a related field such as construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, or CS.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis mindset.
• Experience communicating data findings clearly to teams.
• Preferred familiarity with Primavera P6 and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user of Primavera P6 and support CPM scheduling.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers to update schedules and reporting.
• Assist on-site teams with sequencing and schedule health updates.
• Analyze data and produce internal/contract reporting with Excel/Power BI.
• Calculate project metrics like Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast outcomes.
• Ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions and coding standards.
