Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role focuses on managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health with Excel, and creating reports that track milestones.

Training in Primavera P6 is provided for high-potential candidates without prior construction experience. On-site support, data analysis, and advanced reporting using Primavera P6 and PowerBI are key duties, with a clear path for career growth

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Excel proficiency.
An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the "why" behind the numbers.
Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore CPM concepts and construction sequencing.
On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce reporting.
Data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
Calculate and report Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics.
Identify patterns in historical data to help Project Teams predict future outcomes.
Quality Control: Ensure schedule data adheres to standards for naming conventions, activity coding, and organizational breakdown.
