Qualifications

• Undergraduate or associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excel Proficiency
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the "why" behind the numbers
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings
• Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred)
• Results oriented with data-driven problem solving and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to apply CPM to complex construction sequencing
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce reporting
• Data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other tools
• Calculate and report Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance to identify bottlenecks
• Identify patterns in historical data to predict future project outcomes
• Quality Control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions, activity coding, and organization standards
