Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based primary and family care in a busy retail/clinic setting in Travelers Rest, SC. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, provide health counseling, and manage follow-ups for a patient panel while supporting clinic operations.

The role requires active SC NP licensure, FNP board certification, BLS, and 1+ year of NP experience in primary care or urgent care.

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (SC)
National Board Certification (FNP)
BLS certification
1+ year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care
Strong communication and ability to work autonomously
Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR)

Responsibilities

Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning
Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes
Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care
Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection)
Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to ensure consistent care delivery across locations
