Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based primary and family care in a busy retail/clinic setting in Travelers Rest, SC. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, provide health counseling, and manage follow-ups for a patient panel while supporting clinic operations.

The role requires active SC NP licensure, FNP board certification, BLS, and 1+ year of NP experience in primary care or urgent care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care
• Strong communication and ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection)
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to ensure consistent care delivery across locations

Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care)

Location: Travelers Rest, South Carolina 29690 – 100% on-site / patient‑facing

Payrate: $74.87/hr

Required Availability:
Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekend/holiday rotation (typically 3 out of every 6 weekends, plus possible holidays)

Weekly hours may vary between full-time/part-time, with on‑call rotation may be required, and occasional travel/float coverage may be needed.

Contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Licensure/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (in good standing)
• National Board Certification (FNP program)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Experience: 1+ year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR)
