Lancesoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (MC) to join our onsite clinical team in Travelers Rest, SC. The role centers on primary and urgent care with a varied weekday schedule and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, primary care or urgent care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family-based evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Handle administrative duties: opening/closing the clinic, inventory, follow-up, insurance verification, payments, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to support positive health outcomes.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan.
• Encourage patient engagement in health screenings, behavioral health, and chronic condition management.
