Job summary

Fairview Range Clinic in Hibbing, MN seeks a Visit Facilitator to support in-person patient visits, capturing vitals, rooming, and documenting into the EMR. The role ensures exam rooms are stocked and supplies ready, helping the care team run efficiently and deliver quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with EKGs and spirometry, and coordinating follow-up appointments as needed. Full-time with coverage across nearby clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for appointments by ensuring medical records are collected and available.
• Assist in rooming by collecting and documenting visit reasons and health questionnaires.
• Capture vital signs using a vital sign machine and guide patients through care workflow.
• Perform EKGs and spirometry and prepare sterile fields for procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Support patient-provider connection and ensure a positive visit experience.
• Complete visit wrap-up and coordinate follow-up appointments when needed.
