Fairview Range is hiring a Visit Facilitator to join our primary care team at the Fairview Range Clinic in Hibbing, MN.
The Visit Facilitator is responsible for supporting in person clinic visits, including capturing vital signs, performing standard rooming, and other duties as assigned during the patient visit. This role captures pertinent medical information from the patient and documents the information into the patient’s medical record. This position also helps to ensure the exam rooms are stocked, equipment and supplies are available and assists with tasks that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Through our relationship with M Health Fairview, your local primary care provider can extend direct access to the physician specialists and advanced services offered by University of Minnesota Physicians to you and your family.
This position is full time, 72-80 hours per two weeks, 8-hour Day/Evening shifts and weekends as needed. This position will be primarily based in Hibbing covering primary care but may provide coverage in Nashwauk and Mountain Iron as needed.
