Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health in Massillon, OH is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based setting. You will perform exams, take histories, diagnose and manage conditions, and support both urgent and routine care.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio NP-C/FNP or PA-C license, has outpatient experience in family or internal medicine, and is skilled in patient education and EMR

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Ohio
• Must have experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures
• Strong communication and empathy skills; connect with patients as well as clinical expertise
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care
• E-Clinical Works EMR experience a PLUS!

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories

• Perform in-scope procedures
• Collaborate with ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity of care

• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and prevention

Requirements
