Job summary

Wellnow-Urgent-Care is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Provider/Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) at our Easton location in Columbus, OH. You will perform exams, diagnose conditions, and provide patient education across all ages in a collaborative team setting.

The role requires an Ohio-licensed NP-C/FNP or PA-C with primary care experience. Strong communication and empathy are essential, and experience with E-ClinicalWorks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP-C/FNP or PA-C in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages.
• Proficient in outpatient clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• E-Clinical Works EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions.
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties.

• Collaborate with ENT, surgical, and subspecialties to ensure continuity of care.

Job description

We are seeking acompassionate and skilled Primary Care Provider/Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
• Perform in-scope procedures
• Collaborate closely with specialists inENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialtiesto ensure continuity and coordination of care
• UtilizeE-ClinicalWorksfor efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications

• CertifiedNurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)licensed in the state of Ohio
• Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
• Strong communication and empathy skills—your ability toconnectwith patients matters as much as your clinical expertise
