Job description

If you are a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) passionate about value-based care and making a lasting difference in the health of adults aged 65 and older, this is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career. Join a forward-thinking healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional preventive primary care through a patient-centered, value-driven model. This unique approach empowers Primary Care Physicians to spend more time with each patient, build meaningful relationships, and focus on high-quality outcomes instead of volume-based metrics. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be supported by a comprehensive integrated care team, allowing you to practice medicine as it was intended—centered on the patient and free from the pressures of RVU quotas.

Physicians with experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) are highly encouraged to apply, though the organization is equally enthusiastic about training those eager to embrace this innovative model. You will benefit from robust onboarding, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative work environment where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard. The organization invests in its team members with a range of incentives, competitive compensation, and full benefits from day one of employment. If you are seeking a rewarding Primary Care Physician role, this organization provides a unique platform to enhance your career and positively impact senior health outcomes.
