Gobravvo is seeking a board-certified or eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver value-based care for seniors, focusing on adults 65+. The role emphasizes longer visits (20–40 minutes) and a low patient census (12–15 per day) within an integrated care team.
You'll complete a three-week onboarding on value-based care, documentation, EMR optimization, and care workflows, with ongoing professional development and mentorship in a patient-centered, collaborative environment.
Are you a dedicated physician seeking to make a lasting impact in the lives of older adults through a value-based care model? We are inviting compassionate and mission-driven medical professionals to join our innovative team as a Primary Care Physician. In this full-time role, you will focus on delivering exceptional preventive and chronic disease care to adults aged 65 and older, the majority of whom are Medicare Advantage patients. This position offers physicians the unique ability to spend more time with each patient, build meaningful relationships, and practice medicine without the pressure of RVU-based metrics.
Our organization is deeply committed to a patient-centered approach and provides robust support through integrated care teams, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, social workers, and dedicated lab and pharmacy resources. As a Primary Care Physician, you will care for a manageable patient census—typically 12 to 15 patients per day—allowing you to focus on quality, not quantity, of interactions. The care model emphasizes 20- to 40-minute visits, promoting thorough assessments and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Whether you possess previous experience in value-based care (VBC) or are eager to grow your expertise, you will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program. This includes a three-week learning journey with in-depth training on value-based care principles, documentation best practices, EMR optimization, and integrated care workflows. Our team is dedicated to ongoing professional development, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship to thrive in this evolving healthcare environment.
We seek candidates who are board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Geriatric experience and HEDIS familiarity are preferred but not required; training is available for those who are new to these areas. Most importantly, ideal applicants should share our passion for improving senior health outcomes, possess strong communication skills, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, contribute to innovative care delivery, and be part of an organization that values your professional satisfaction and growth.
Our compensation and benefits are highly competitive, including a substantial base salary, annual performance bonuses, comprehensive health coverage from day one, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, and relocation support for eligible candidates. We also offer early sign-on bonuses and a total first-year compensation package that reflects your experience and commitment to excellence in patient care.
