Gobravvo is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a value-based care program serving adults 65+. This full-time role emphasizes preventive care and reduces RVU pressure, enabling meaningful patient relationships within an integrated care team.
You will participate in a three-week Physician Learning Journey focused on value-based care, documentation, and EMR optimization, with comprehensive onboarding and competitive benefits.
As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Value-Based Care, you will join an innovative healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered preventive primary care to adults aged 65 and older. This full-time opportunity empowers you to focus on building lasting patient relationships, practicing medicine without the pressures of RVU quotas, and truly impacting the lives of seniors. Physicians with experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) or those interested in developing expertise in this area are both encouraged to apply.
Our care model is designed to ensure physicians have ample time with each patient, with daily patient census and visit lengths that support comprehensive, preventive, and chronic care management. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, social workers, and specialists in lab and pharmacy services to deliver holistic care to a predominantly Medicare Advantage patient population. This environment allows you to make a significant difference in health outcomes for older adults while practicing evidence-based medicine.
Our organization is committed to supporting your professional growth through a robust onboarding and training program. The three-week Physician Learning Journey provides extensive education in Value-Based Care, documentation best practices, EMR optimization, and integrated care model workflows, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed and thrive within our practice model. Physicians are provided comprehensive support from day one, enabling you to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.
We seek board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians who are mission-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors. While geriatric and HEDIS experience are appreciated, they are not required, as full training is provided. Compensation is highly competitive, with a comprehensive benefits package, including occurrence-based malpractice coverage, performance incentives, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Early sign-on bonuses and commencement incentives are also available for eligible hires.
Working in this vibrant region provides a unique blend of professional opportunities and an exceptional quality of life. The area is known for its historic charm, affordable living, mild climate, and strong healthcare community, making it an excellent location for healthcare professionals seeking both career development and personal fulfillment.
Our organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
