We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a leading primary care organization with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outpatient care to seniors. Our commitment is to honor our patients with affordable, VIP-quality healthcare that truly makes a difference in their lives. As a physician-led group, we empower our clinical team to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine and to help transform care for the neediest populations. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient role serving a panel of senior patients. The practice model is designed to support work-life balance and allow physicians to focus on value-based care, with robust administrative and clinical support.
Our interdisciplinary approach is focused on value-based outcomes, working with a small patient panel to ensure personalized attention and continuity of care. Physicians benefit from comprehensive support teams, including medical assistants, schedulers, and referral specialists, to optimize the patient and provider experience. Administrative time is built into your schedule, and there are no nights or weekend shifts, supporting both patient access and provider well-being. The clinic provides in-house consulting specialists in cardiology and podiatry, as well as holistic health services such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutritional counseling, all aimed at proactive senior care. Free door-to-door transportation is available for patients who need it, further reducing barriers to care.
The organization is driven by a clear mission: to deliver better health outcomes for seniors by providing affordable, high-quality, and coordinated care. Physicians are encouraged to become clinical leaders, with clear pathways to partnership typically achieved within 12-18 months, and a majority of physicians accomplishing this within their first year. The compensation package is highly competitive, with a generous base salary and performance incentives. The position offers a collaborative and rewarding environment for primary care physicians who are passionate about geriatric medicine and value-based healthcare delivery.
