Job summary

InizioEngage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, seeks a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative for the Dayton area. Build relationships with physicians and health care providers, delivering product information and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate may have a track record of sales success in any industry and should be comfortable with technology, travel up to 20% or more, and driving outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology/virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on assigned territories across primary care customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, MAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets set by the company.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and ensure compliance with BI and InizioEngage policies.
