Job summary

InizioEngage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive demand across primary care and engage with physicians and other health care professionals. You will deliver targeted education, build lasting relationships, and meet activity targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and B2B sales experience, with comfort using technology and the ability to travel up to 20% (overnight).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
B2B sales experience preferred.
Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
Ability to travel up to 20% (overnight travel may be required).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, etc.).
Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
Achieve or exceed activity targets as set by the company.
Complete administrative items daily.
Comply with Boehringer Ingelheim policies and trainings.
Plan routing and coordinate daily/weekly call activities.
Demonstrate persistence toward defined sales objectives.
Maintain a dependable automobile with proper insurance.
Collaborate with geographic partners.
