Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our San Francisco team. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, with in-office and tele-health duties.

Collaboration with in-person and virtual colleagues is essential as you expand your practice and may pursue additional state licensure for virtual care. Requirements include CA licensure, completion of an accredited NP/PA program with certification, and 2+ years

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
