Job summary

One Medical is seeking a California-licensed NP or PA to join a full-time primary care team in San Francisco. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office and, occasionally, tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds with cross-functional teams.

You will also advance your credentials for virtual care in additional states and support a patient-centered care model with a focus on quality and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Certified NP or PA with national certification and California license.
• 5+ years as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care in the last 5 years.
• Experience with in-office procedures such as LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-team huddles.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Pursue additional state licensure or credentialing for virtual care in other states.
