Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, California-licensed role based in San Francisco. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams.

Occasional tele-health visits and ongoing education through Clinical Rounds are part of the role. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, holds a CA license by start date, and has 2+ years in

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care OR 1 year outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care or fellowship.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with diverse needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office, at testing centers, and via occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Using clinical training to perform in-office procedures as applicable.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in more states.
