Job summary

One Medical seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our San Francisco team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-person and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds.

Strong collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams is essential, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures as needed. State licensure in California is required, with certification from an accredited NP/PA program and at least 2 years of outpatient

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensure in California, active by start date.
• Clinical experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, or tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Use clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
