One Medical is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our San Francisco Pacific Heights office. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, providing in-person, testing center, and telehealth care as needed.

CA licensed Advanced Practitioner with national certification is required, with 2+ years outpatient PCP experience (or 1 year plus fellowship/1+ year urgent care). LARC/colposcopy experience a plus, and readiness to expand state licensure as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient PCP or 1 year with fellowship / 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus.
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
