Job summary

One Medical is hiring a CA-licensed NP/PA to manage a diverse patient panel in a San Francisco setting. You will conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via testing centers and telehealth, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams during rounds.

Weekly clinical rounds and ongoing training support clinical excellence, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures and pursue multi-state credentialing. This full-time role is based in our Castro office.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• In the past 5 years, 2+ years outpatient primary care, or 1 year + fellowship/urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct tele-health visits as needed.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams during rounds and huddles.
