Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs including acute, chronic, and preventive visits.

You will conduct in-office and tele-health visits, participate in Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams. CA license required by start date; multi-state licensure is encouraged where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• California license to practice by start date.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care).
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for multi-state coverage.
