Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, in a collaborative primary care setting.

You will work with in‑office and virtual teams, participate in ongoing Clinical Rounds, and may perform in-office procedures while expanding licensure to additional states. This is a full‑time role with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• 2 years outpatient primary care in past 5 years, or 1 year with 1 year fellowship/1+ year urgent care.
• LARC insertion and colposcopy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and inter-team collaboration.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care.
• Perform in-office procedures as trained.
