Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team and support a primary care physician in delivering high-quality patient care and a seamless guest experience. The role blends front desk responsibilities with clinical duties to cover the full patient journey.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of MA experience, formal MA training, and CPR/BLS certification at start date. Phlebotomy experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within Marathon Health.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, preferably in primary care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• MA certification or registration preferred; required where state rules apply.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are stocked.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections, assist with procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and coordination.
• Document data in medical records per guidelines and communicate results.
• Process test results and provide timely results via appropriate channels.
• Participate in outreach to engage eligible patient groups.
• Maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment.
