Job summary

Biodesix seeks a General Practice Sales Consultant in Washington DC to drive adoption of diagnostic products in primary care. You will build relationships with PCPs, practice managers, and stakeholders across the Territory.

The role requires 2+ years in medical or diagnostic sales to PCPs, strong communication, strategic planning, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven track record of success in medical or diagnostic sales to primary care physicians.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with PCPs and their staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Biodesix products by working directly with PCPs and their staff in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and product adoption in primary care.
• Build and maintain relationships with PCPs, practice managers, and key decision-makers in primary care practices.
• Educate PCPs on the clinical value and implementation of Biodesix diagnostic solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the primary care space to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and address customer needs.
• Provide exemplary customer service and promptly resolve issues or concerns.
• Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
