Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Manager or Staff-level Data Analyst, Pricing and Yield Management to drive supplier-side yield and monetization analytics. You will own pricing infrastructure, run AI-powered analyses, and collaborate with finance, product, and sales to optimize revenue in a dynamic marketplace.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in pricing analytics, hands-on ML experience, and strong SQL with Snowflake/Looker. This role emphasizes data storytelling and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing analytics, yield management, or growth analytics at a marketplace, ad platform, or performance-based business.
• Direct experience with lead-gen, pay-per-lead, or auction-based pricing models is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on machine learning experience in a production environment, including classification, regression, and time series forecasting.
• Strong SQL and fluency with Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.

Responsibilities

• Build yield scoring, ad performance dashboards, and pricing infrastructure.
• Surface pricing and inventory gaps before they appear in aggregate reporting.
• Own the analytical framework behind supplier advertising pricing and incentive programs.
• Quantify the revenue impact of discount and rebate programs.
• Build the category-level data model across industrial verticals and identify under‑monetized keyword inventory.
• Translate findings into expansion and pricing recommendations.
• Build predictive churn models using propensity and velocity scoring.
• Develop cohort analyses to surface early retention signals and provide prioritized recommendations to sales, customer success, and product.
• Apply AI and machine learning to build smarter pricing and retention models.
• Design and execute A/B tests across pricing and supplier engagement interventions.
