Xometry, a Nasdaq-listed company, seeks a Manager of Strategy & Analytics to drive data-driven growth and operational excellence across its AI-powered marketplace. You will partner with Sourcing, Financial Services, Product, Partner Operations, and Finance to evaluate initiatives, build analytical models, and influence executive decisions on supplier engagement, pricing, and marketplace growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations analytics, consulting, finance, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to structure ambiguous business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasting models, and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace, customer, supplier, and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities.
• Develop executive dashboards and recurring business reviews showing marketplace health and financial performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks in the marketplace.
