Job summary

Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing & Profitability to partner with Sales and translate field insights into pricing strategies. You will drive margin improvement, discount governance, and the adoption of auto-quote tools across accounts, while collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Finance.

Preferred candidates bring 5–7+ years in pricing or analytics, strong Excel/GSheets skills, and experience with BI tools; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5-7+ years in pricing, revenue/growth strategy, sales strategy, or analytics (B2B or marketplace experience preferred).
• Demonstrated success partnering with Sales teams and influencing commercial outcomes.
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel / Gsheets.
• Experience with discount frameworks, margin analytics, or deal economics.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with BI tools and SQL (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales managers and reps to identify pricing levers and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable account-level pricing support and performance insights.
• Monitor margin and growth at account/segment levels to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare clear margin and growth takeaways for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
• Develop guardrails and recommendations to support responsible discounting and deal structure.
• Design strategies to maximize adoption of Auto-Quote tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Finance, and Category Management to align pricing with company goals.
