Job summary

QXO is seeking a Project Manager, Pricing in Herndon, VA to drive execution of pricing initiatives and implement new pricing systems. You will translate pricing strategy into actionable plans, coordinate across Pricing, Sales, Operations, IT, and Data, and develop dashboards to track progress.

The role requires strong project-management experience, pricing process knowledge, and the ability to lead multi-team transformations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or PM certification preferred.
• 3+ years of project management, pricing, or commercial operations experience.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in enterprise settings.
• Experience implementing pricing, ERP, CRM, or revenue-management platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central project management lead for enterprise pricing initiatives, including new system implementations and process redesign.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dashboards for pricing transformation.
• Translate pricing strategy into implementable workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate across Pricing, Sales, Operations, IT, and Data to support system configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate decisions to stay on schedule.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and governance standards to support repeatability and scale.
• Lead change management activities, including training readiness and adoption tracking.
• Provide dashboards and reporting to monitor progress, adoption, and pricing effectiveness.
