Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and project-manage the implementation of the Modern Pricing Platform (MPP) and drive the enterprise pricing transformation. You will translate the vision into coordinated plans across Pricing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology, ensuring scalable data design and governance.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in pricing, commercial transformation or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership or program leadership.
• Experience leading major enterprise platform implementations is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on configuration and build oversight for the MPP platform.
• Lead project management of the MPP implementation with a clear milestone-based roadmap.
• Govern data and solution architecture decisions for the pricing ecosystem.
• Translate business processes into scalable integration requirements across MPP, Vistex, Databricks, ERP, CRM.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Security, and vendor teams to ensure interfaces and data flows meet requirements.
• Manage enhancement backlog and release planning with business value and risk.
• Lead organizational change management, training, readiness, adoption, and value realization.
• Define and track KPIs including ROI; validate benefits with Finance.
• Build reusable pricing transformation capabilities and mentor team members.
