Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Pricing Leader to direct the Shared Services Pricing Team in developing costing, pricing models, and price calendars. You will collaborate with the Director of Pricing to implement customer pricing strategies and conduct market analyses.

The role emphasizes profitability modeling, revenue simulations, and maintaining pricing expectations with a cross-functional team. A strong leadership background and pricing acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years related experience or HS Diploma with 7–9+ years specific experience.
• 0–1+ years of leadership experience for degree holders; 2–3+ years for HS diploma holders.
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team and coordinate with the Director of Pricing on costing and pricing models.
• Implement customer pricing strategies; conduct market and competitor analyses; run profitability and revenue simulations.
• Develop and execute pricing policies and maintain current pricing expectations with the team.
• Coordinate multiple pricing projects and oversee monthly pricing accrual reconciliation; support suppliers and customers.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and lead pricing training and development.
• Other duties as assigned.
