Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Pricing Leader to head the Shared Services Pricing Team in Tampa. You will oversee pricing models, cost files, and price calendars in collaboration with the Director of Pricing.

You will implement customer pricing strategies, analyze market and competitors, and run profitability and revenue simulations to guide pricing decisions. Strong cross‑functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team and oversee pricing calendars.
• Implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analyses, and perform profitability, revenue simulation models, and economic assessments.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing expectations with the team.
• Coordinate and manage multiple pricing projects, oversee the reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals, and support suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication.
• Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and lead training and development for the Pricing Team.
• Other duties as assigned.
