Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Florida seeks a senior Revenue Management leader to develop and execute pricing strategy across the business and own KPI definition and governance. You will lead a cross-functional team, partnering with finance, IT, sales, and marketing to optimize revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities include pricing policy development, team coaching, and monitoring performance against targets. This role drives pricing changes and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute the revenue management strategy.
• Own pricing governance and ensure timely, accurate pricing execution.
• Define and own KPIs for pricing performance.
• Develop and maintain pricing procedures and policies.
• Identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, sales and marketing to align on initiatives.
• Train and build capabilities of pricing and commercial teams.
• Lead the revenue management department including goal setting, hiring and performance reviews.
• Monitor performance against targets and budgets; adjust strategies as needed.
