Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group seeks an experienced Revenue Management Leader to develop and execute the pricing strategy across our beverage portfolio. You will own pricing governance, ensure timely execution, and define KPIs to measure impact.

This role partners with finance, IT, and regional teams to align initiatives and drive profitability. The position requires a strong leadership track record, advanced analytics, and the ability to build pricing capabilities across the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma with 13+ years of specific experience and 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree or CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute the revenue management strategy.
• Maintain timely and accurate up-to-date pricing execution.
• Define and own KPIs for pricing execution.
• Develop and maintain pricing procedures and policies.
• Identify opportunities and recommend actions to leadership for markets.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, sales and marketing to align opportunities.
• Train and build capabilities of pricing team and commercial org.
• Oversee pricing department goals, hiring and performance management.
• Monitor performance vs targets and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned
