Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a Pricing Leader to guide the Shared Services Pricing Team, partnering with the Director of Pricing to manage product costing, pricing models, and price calendars and cost files.

The role focuses on implementing pricing strategies, conducting market analyses, and communicating price expectations across internal teams and with key external partners. A strong background in pricing and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Master's Degree or CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team and oversee pricing calendars and cost files.
• Implement customer pricing strategies and perform profitability and market analyses.
• Develop and execute pricing policies and maintain pricing expectations with the team.
• Coordinate pricing projects and reconcile monthly pricing accruals; support suppliers and customers.
