Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a pricing leader to guide its Shared Services Pricing Team in Tampa, driving product costing, pricing models, and calendar communications. You will implement customer pricing strategies, perform market analyses, and develop profitability simulations to inform decision-making.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with internal teams, with opportunities to influence pricing policies and project management across pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team, partner with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and communication of price calendars and cost files
• Implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and perform profitability, revenue simulation models, and economic assessments
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing expectations with the team
• Coordinate and manage multiple pricing projects, oversee the reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals, and support suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication
• Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and lead training and development for the Pricing Team
• Other duties as assigned
