Wesco is seeking a Senior Analyst - Pricing in the United States to lead price planning and management initiatives. You will collaborate with pricing leadership to shape strategy, mentor pricing analysts, and drive margin optimization across multi-million dollar contracts.

The role focuses on pricing analytics, process improvements, and ensuring compliance across branches and customers. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 2–4 years pricing experience, and strong Excel/SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2 years pricing analyst experience required, 4 years preferred.
• 1 year leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• 1 year wholesale or retail distribution experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of pricing structures and techniques.
• Strategic problem solver with ability to assess complex situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Leads pricing analysts responsible for pricing administration and mentoring.
• Makes complex price and profitability decisions for customers and segments.
• Manages margin and price optimization project teams to uncover opportunities.
• Pricing lead for audits and multi-million dollar contracts; monitors pricing compliance.
• Guides pricing strategy for OEM, MRO, and operating entities.
• Creates pricing model enhancements to improve efficiency and metrics.
• Ensures on-time delivery of pricing submittals among stakeholders.
• Reviews pricing contractual terms to mitigate risk and improve position.
• Performs analyses to determine customer profitability and presents findings.
