Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Business Analyst to support commercial and operational goals through in-depth analysis of customer contracts, pricing structures, and margin performance. The role collaborates with sales, finance, supply chain, and IT to align pricing strategies with customer expectations and operational capabilities.

The position emphasizes developing financial models, improving pricing accuracy, and supporting contract execution across the fastener distribution industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, pricing, contracts, or sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of margin analysis, pricing strategy, and contract lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer contracts and pricing structures to improve margin performance.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for negotiations, renewals, and pricing decisions.
• Maintain contract records, including rebates and expiration timelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup in ERP and pricing systems.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on contract utilization and margins.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities or process improvements for pricing.
