Job summary

WEX Inc. seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to serve as a strategic architect of pricing networks across Commercial Risk Operations, Product and Technology. You will translate complex business needs into actionable insights, drive automation, and reduce risk while enhancing merchant experience.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver monthly reporting, and advocate for scalable pricing functionality that aligns with enterprise objectives and SOX/SSAE controls. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Results driven, action orientated and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence at all levels.
• Technical proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pricing initiatives and cross-functional projects.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for Product/Tech.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
