Latham & Watkins LLP in New York is seeking a Finance Lead – Pricing to join our Global Finance team. You will provide financial, analytical, and pricing advisory support to lawyers and business functions, developing profitable fee proposals and pricing strategies for engagements.

The role blends quantitative profitability analysis with qualitative negotiation tactics, requiring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration or related field.
• An advanced degree, preferably.
• A minimum of five (5) years of analytical experience in finance or related professional services environment.
• A minimum of six (6) years of cumulative experience.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused position, preferably.

Responsibilities

• Leading pricing response for pursuit of new opportunities with lawyers by developing competitive, profitable fee proposals.
• Conducting pricing-focused practice group, industry, and market analysis for leadership.
• Developing internal pricing database and external go-to-market templates for key product areas.
• Monitoring client performance against economic targets to identify pricing opportunities.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with business services teams to enhance service delivery.
• Protecting confidential and proprietary information.
