Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting and financial analysis experience, including pricing.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience with coaching and development.
• Project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing team in developing hourly and AFAs, with modeling and benchmarking.
• Analyze fee structures to improve client value, efficiency, and profitability.
• Coordinate with client operations and pricing committees on proposals and approvals.
• Support annual billing rate strategy with benchmarking data and timelines.
• Draft pricing language for RFPs and renegotiation materials.
• Collaborate with BD to establish best practices for RFP responses.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and pricing efficiency.
• Monitor pricing trends, tools, and benchmarks to drive innovation.
• Develop training materials and resources for the Pricing team.
